Arc reads the ring or watch you already wear, draws your year as one line against your own normal, and places what you earned on it. Every morning it adds one straight answer and one next step.

For iPhone and Apple Watch, and on the web · works with an Apple Watch, an Oura ring, or both

One answer each morning. The next step all day.

Arc follows the sun. The screen you open at dawn isn't the one you open at the gym or after dinner, and even its sky changes with the hour. Pick a time.

Recovery 42. Train as planned, and keep the top set where it is.

One sentence, one next step, then the reason. Your ring calls it readiness 74; Arc shows both, and how it got to 42.

The weight is already on. One tap logs the set.

On the phone or the wrist, with your heart rate beside it. Reps climb until three of four sets earn the next plate. On a strained morning Arc offers a lighter session and says why; otherwise the weight stays where you earned it.

Arc keeps the machines at your gym, the weight you left on each, and how close you are to the next step. Records go on the line where they happened, not in a trophy case.

A population average describes nobody. Arc builds your normal from your own last 60 nights and draws every reading against it. The shaded band is your normal range.

How Arc scores, in full
Ring and watch, together

Two devices. One set of scores.

Wear an Oura ring at night and an Apple Watch all day, and you get two apps that disagree. Arc reads both, takes the better reading for each thing it measures, and scores what matters with its own numbers. When the two disagree, you see both, side by side.

Only a Watch? It collects all of this, with nowhere to read it. Arc is that place.

Health Radar · every night

Catch a rough patch early.

Each night Arc checks your temperature, resting heart rate, HRV and breathing against your normal. When two or more drift out together, it flags signs of strain and turns the day lighter. The pattern often shows up before you feel run down. It never names an illness.

Horizon

Put a goal on any line. See if you'll get there.

A lift, your resting heart rate, sleep, VO₂ max. Arc draws where you're heading at the pace you're actually moving, and says plainly whether the date holds. Every Sunday, your week as a short story. Every October, your year.

Ask Arc

Ask about your own numbers.

Ask Arc answers with figures Arc calculated and saved, each one tappable. It changes your plan only when you ask, shows the change first, and leaves an Undo on every one.

Why is my resting heart rate up this week?

It's moving with your training, not on its own.

It sits 3 bpm above your usual, in the same week your load ran 18% heavier. It tends to settle two or three days after the load does.

Every underlined figure opens how it's worked out.Make this week lighter

One device is enough.

Start with the ring or the watch you have. Arc reads the history it already holds, so your first read comes with months of line behind it, not a blank screen.

Apple WatchSleep, HRV, resting and daytime heart rate, heart rate in every set, steps and desk walks, turned into the morning read the Watch doesn’t give you.
Oura ringSleep stages, HRV, resting heart rate and temperature, back as far as your ring goes, on one line with your lifts, meals and labs.
BothThe ring leads overnight, the watch leads the day. When they disagree, you see both. Arc never averages them.

Add a scale, a glucose sensor, a WHOOP or Garmin, your lab results, your meals and the machines at your gym when you're ready.

Everything Arc works with

Arc does the math. The AI only writes the sentences.

Questions

Do I need to buy a device?

No. One ring or one watch is enough to start, and Arc says plainly what it can and can't see with what you have.

How long before the line means something?

Right away. Give Arc your Apple Health history, the last 30 days or all of it, and Arc reads that history first, so your first read and your normal are ready in about a minute.

Is the AI making things up?

It can't publish a figure Arc didn't calculate and save. The model only writes the sentences around the figures.

Is this medical advice?

No. Arc is a wellness product. It marks where a clinician should look and never names a condition.

Does it work on a computer?

Yes. Use Arc in any browser, or install it from the browser as an app on Windows or Mac. Your phone and Watch stay the place you log sets.
